All vendors operate under COR (Kashrus Council of Canada) certification, with direct supervision by Rabbi Zaltzman of Chabad Niagara.
All meat is from Shefa in Toronto; All chicken is from Marvid in Montreal.

Vendors will be open at various times throughout the day, with breakfast available early and grilled meats later in the day. A detailed schedule will be posted before Sukkot and included in your welcome brochure upon arrival.
